The Bicknell Family Center for the Arts got off to a rousing start with its inaugural season in 2014-15. The facility’s two performance halls were hopping with prominent speakers like Former First Lady Laura Bush and exciting national entertainment like STOMP. The fall and spring semesters brought a steady stream of entertainment of all types including Las Vegas pianist and alumnus David Osborne, “Pianist to the Presidents;” the Southeast Kansas Symphony; the U.S. Air Force Academy Band; the illusionist REZA; PSU Theatre’s production of “Eurydice;” the PSU Choirs; and many more.

Bicknell Center Director Joe Firman said he expects the hectic pace to continue.
“We’re just getting a taste of what this amazing facility can do for PSU and the four-state region,” Firman said.
